Do you love to attend environmentally-focused events? Do you want to become even more involved?

Join the Texas Sierra Club as a volunteer on our Awards Committee, and join us as we plan the annual Texas Environmental Awards!

As a member of our awards committee, no prior event planning experience is necessary, and you will be supported by TX Sierra Club staff and volunteer leaders along the way!

Awards committee members will have the opportunity to learn about what goes into the production of an event, and will get to support planning processes such as:

• Graphic design
• Producing a virtual/hybrid event
• Conducting outreach phone calls and emails for ticket and sponsorship promotion
• Band and Artist booking
• Night-of event support
