The Mid-Hudson Group is seeking a volunteer contributor to join our communication team to assist in helping to keep our website updated with news, events, and photos related to our local issues, activities and activism.

This position is open to anyone with a passion for website and content development (no extensive tech expertise is needed!).

Primary responsibilities: Updating our website with new events, Mid-Hudson Group information, and actionable alerts

We welcome and value: All volunteer interest, your time and any limitations you may have associated with volunteering. Individuals interested in creating content (we are happy to provide the content, but welcome creative individuals who want to be involved in creation as well!) Individuals interested in development of an online outreach strategy (while we are looking for basic web updates at the least, we welcome individuals with more ideas on how we can best engage with our members!) Individuals with experience with Drupal (website platform) appreciated but not required.

What to expect: Drupal training. Within your time limitations, requests for website updates.
