This person evaluates and analyzes EIRs, EISs, Scoping Comments, NOPs, and other public reports to provide guidance for a response by the Water Committee. This person also prepares white papers and fact sheets on water related issues to share with the public and elected officials to influence public policy development related to water. This person will have expertise in natural resources management, water, public policy, public health, enviromental health or a related area. This person will work in coordination with other water committee members and the chair of the Water Committee. The work will be intermittent and on an as needed basis.
